I moved to Geneva, Switzerland at a young age and therefore grew up speaking both French and English. While conversing in English at home, I also developed a native fluency in French by attending a fully French-speaking elementary school. In high school I then took high-level courses in both languages and obtained an IB Bilingual Diploma, becoming highly proficient in learning and transitioning between these two languages. This translates well to tutoring as I can easily adjust how much of each language the student would like me to instruct in.
I am a current student at the University of Michigan who has spent many hours in high school working with younger peers and children in both French and English as a ski instructor and soccer coach. I love working with kids and, as a younger tutor, have found effective ways to communicate to younger members of my generation.

In my free time, I love to play sports. I play volleyball and soccer, as well as basketball sometimes. I also play the guitar and love to listen and learn all types of music. Additionally, I'm an active member of an investment club here at my university and am interested in the stock market.
