As a University of Waterloo graduate with a master's degree in chemical engineering and an undergraduate degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, I possess a strong academic background. During my undergraduate studies, I gained valuable experience teaching high school students in subjects such as math and chemistry. This experience was not only fulfilling but also allowed me to assist students in understanding complex topics and alleviating academic stress. I continued teaching first year students in my master's program as well. I am keen to bring this passion for education and mentorship to Varsity Tutors. I understand the challenges students face in high school, and I believe in creating a supportive learning environment to enhance their comprehension and overall well-being. In my free time I enjoy playing soccer, watch movies and cooking. I look forward to working together with the students to help them achieve academic success.
