Certified Tutor
I have a degree in International Relations and I studied at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. My favorite subject to teach is history, whether its World, American, or Latin American history (and obviously Mexican history). I have been a soccer coach, a 1-on-1 tutor, and teacher to a small group of adults, so my experience is variated. I believe that, although lectures and the teaching monologue are important, having a dinamic class that encourages for students not only to participate but to also enrich the class with their own arguments and points is extremely important. I incline to having classes with a PowerPoint presentation, with constant discussion dynamics, as well as activities like Kahoots, quizzes, and group-solving tasks.
I also teach basic Geography, Geopolitics, Regional studies and Spanish and English at a basic level. I have always been passionate about teaching. Whether I teach anyone as close as my sister or a total stranger, I have always been eager to transfer my knowledge to others. Outside of academia, I am extremely passionate about football (known to many as 'soccer') and sports in general, particularly baseball, tennis, American football, and other Olympic sports, such as archery, tae-kwon-do, and diving. I love to play videogames and enjoy interacting with foes and friends in social media (especially X, formerly Twitter). My family and my friends are very important to me, and I love to spend my time with them.
