I am an undergraduate student at the University of South Florida currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Though I love my STEM courses and am excited for my career in engineering, I also enjoy learning about the humanities. I always make sure to add at least one humanities-driven course to my schedule each semester. Prior to enrolling at USF, I went to an arts high school in New Orleans. I feel that this experience gave me a very unique perspective on innovative learning and teaching. I feel that education is extremely important and I am thrilled to be able to help others in their own education journeys. I am a firm believer in drawing parallels between course curriculum and real world problems and examples. Through doing this, courses become much less intimidating and easier to tackle. My goal is to motivate students through their academic challenges and harness their curiosity.
