I have worked as a teacher for fourteen years. I worked eight years as an Elementary teacher back in my country El Salvador. In 2017, I moved to Seattle, Washington where I had the opportunity to work in a Dual language program as a preschool teacher. Last year, I worked as a Bilingual Para educator in two virtual schools Elementary through High school level. Currently I am working to obtain my bachelor's degree in early childhood education, I have just two more courses to go, Yes!! I moved to Dallas, TX two months ago, so far, I am enjoying the sunny days!
Spanish is my mother tongue and I really enjoy combine my language and my teaching skills to support others in their language journey. As I work with students from a range of different ages, it is very important for me to create meaningful connections and experiences where my students learn and feel welcome, appreciated, and valued.

The world has so much to offer, and I believe that language is a tool that you can use to achieve your goals and meet amazing people, eat delicious food and learn how life looks like for others.
