Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of the University of York. I received my Bachelor of Arts in English and Related Literature with a focus on twentieth-century American screenwriting. During my degree, I was an online tutor, teaching English Literature and Latin to UK-based GCSE students. Alongside this, I have been a yoga teacher for seven years, with 700 hours of teacher training in many variations, some including; Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Svivananda, and Kundalini. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am equally passionate about teaching yoga philosophy and anatomy, English Literature, History, and Latin. In my experience as an online and in-person tutor, it always gives me such joy to see progress. Whether that is seeing a client's yoga practice strengthen with every session. Or a younger student finally understanding the Gothic nature of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. To be part of the process of someone's education has always been an honor of mine. In my spare time, I enjoy my own yoga practice and pursuing my creative dreams working as a freelance creative director and stylist for fashion shoots.
