Certified Tutor

I have been teaching since I was 15 years old, and I have worked with students as young as 1 year old, and as old as 50-60 years.
I graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.

Language is the catalyst of human thought; without language we cannot link different abstract concepts, and we would have the same brainpower as other animals.
That means, by refining your literary skills, you literally expand your mind. That is why I love teaching Reading, Writing, and Literature.

I refuse to spoon feed my students information. Instead, I will guide them through their assignments and nudge them in the right direction so they can discover the solution for themselves.
Also, I will always show students how to practically apply what we learn to the real world and to their interests and hobbies.
In the end, I will work my hardest to tailor my tutoring to better fit each student's needs. If that means completely changing my teaching style, then so be it!
