It is important to make students active participants in their learning, to meet them where they are, and to focus on their strengths rather than their weaknesses to help them achieve their academic goals. I have a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a minor in Psychology, a Masters in Early Childhood, and an Educational Specialist degree in Early Childhood Education with a cognate in Montessori Education. It is important to inspire students and get them interested in what they are learning.
