Certified Tutor

I have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education with minors in French and Psychology. While I am currently employed as an elementary teacher, I also have experience working with students from 2 years old through high school. I have taught and tutored French to both elementary and high school students.

I have loved learning for as long as I can remember, and I studied to be a teacher so that I can use the most effective strategies to help students love learning, as well.

One of my favorite subjects has always been French, which I have studied for more than 9 years through middle school, high school, and college. Last summer, I studied abroad in Southern France and studied French culture, history, literature, and art, all in French. I lived with a host family and communicated exclusively in French. Studying abroad was an incredible experience that greatly improved both my academic and conversational French skills.

I love the French language and am excited to share this passion with others. Whether a student is looking to improve their French skills for a class or to communicate with others (perhaps even studying abroad!), I am excited to help them reach their goal.
