Coming from humble beginnings and being raised in an environment that strongly fosters the importance of education, I have a deep passion for education and preparing students to reach their potential.

I am an alumnus of the top-rated Eastside High School International Baccalaureate Program in Gainesville, FL. I graduated from the University of Florida with a 4.0 GPA in Microbiology and Cell Science. I then pursued my graduate education at Boston University receiving an MPH dual concentrating in Biostatistics and Epidemiology.

Following graduation, I moved to Atlanta, GA, and worked in both traumatic brain injury and oncology trials research as a clinical research coordinator. I have published my work in 4 peer-reviewed journals.

My extracurriculars focus on coordinating community outreach by leading medical trips to Jamaica, Nicaragua, and Belize, as well as implementing and maintaining educational programs for a diverse range of populations.

I am an extremely hardworking, focused, and persevering individual who will be sure to apply these attributes to all our future work together.

With my diverse educational background and research experience, I hope to contribute my skills and experience to students in my community and around the world.
