Certified Tutor

I'm a recent university graduate, young and eager to give back to the education system. I have variety in my teaching experience, as have both tutored online, and taught English in person abroad. Through this I have worked with students who range in age from 13-21.
I graduated with a First in Biomedical Science from the University of Bristol where I gained experience tutoring first year students. Since then, I have maintained my passion for teaching, and have gained a TESOL qualification. Outside academia I love to ski and travel! Therefore since graduation, I have travelled extensively in Europe and Asia, working abroad teaching to gain invaluable professional skills whilst I experience new cultures and places. I love to pass on my enthusiasm for education.
At advanced level I tutor Science and English Language. My science specialises at degree level, with specification in Pharmacology, Neuroscience. I also tutor Biology, Chemistry and English Literature as studies these subjects in advance of my degree.
Since gaining a TESOL qualification through teaching English as a second language in Thailand, I am qualified to teach English to students requiring English language scores for admissions.
I believe enjoyment is the basis of every success, therefore I plan my lessons to be engaging and interactive, whilst having a progressive element that is critical to students progression. My lessons will always develop on one another and promote memorised comprehension, as required for exams.
