I was told an analogy about a flea which could jump 100 times their height. The flea was placed in a glass jar and left for a few weeks. When the flea was released it could only jump as high as the jar and no further. The flea had the potential to jump 100 times its height but now after being limited to the jar it was no longer able to reach those heights. I work under the philosophy of limitless education where I push learners to go beyond what they think is possible. I do not put a limit on what the anyone can do whilst they are learning

I completed my PGCE in General Primary at the University of Birmingham, where I acquired a practical and immersive approach to teaching. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of students and abilities, and what sets me apart is my ability to instill confidence in my students and cultivate a love for learning.

I take pride in my creativity and my ability to tailor my teaching to meet the needs of each student. By utilizing my students' interests, I engage them in their learning and provide a range of resources to help them achieve their learning goals.

In the past, all of the students I have supported with KS2 SATs have passed. In Year 4, during the multiplication check, 75% of my students achieved 20 or more, and 65% received full marks.

My ultimate goal is to empower my students and provide them with the confidence they need to succeed.
