I received my Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from The Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India. I have published research articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals. I am very interested in pursuing post-doctoral studies to improve my research and teaching skills. My areas of interest in research are cancer and tuberculosis, and I teach Organic and Medicinal Chemistry.
The ongoing excitement of discovery in chemistry is what I find so fascinating; observing even the most basic chemical interactions at the molecular level is like peeping into a brand-new planet. I want to advance knowledge by learning at the forefront of innovation of what is already known and making new discoveries.
Education has always held a special place in my heart. My goal is to support diligent pupils in reaching my level of achievement. I get joy out of helping them accomplish goals that, though they occasionally seem out of reach, are actually within their grasp with the correct mindset, resources, and abilities.
I am now given the opportunity of engaging one-on-one with amazingly talented students who are passionately committed to maximizing their learning capabilities.
My teaching strategy, in my opinion, combines authoritative and facilitator pedagogies. The authority part is based on my extensive teaching background as well as my in-depth understanding of my field. It is important to me to educate my students. No two students learn in the same way, which is the foundation of the facilitator component of my teaching. This means that it is my duty as a teacher to provide for the needs of every student and to guide them in how to use the knowledge I am imparting in light of their academic requirements.
