Certified Tutor

As a young person, I struggled with reading comprehension and math. I was fortunate to have a tutor, Mrs. Lessard, who helped unlock my potential by encouraging and believing in me.

That little girl went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Spanish. She studied and lived in Spain, perfecting her language fluency, and later went on to earn professional certifications and a Master's Degree. All thanks to having a tutor that connected with her and cheered her on.

I speak Spanish fluently and love helping others grow their language skills. Spanish is not only a beautiful language, it is a critical skill.

I am a self-proclaimed sonography nerd; I love sharing that passion with the future of sonography.

I regularly teach medical students and residents the basics of ultrasound and scanning in my job in inpatient radiology at a large teaching hospital. I also run a free ultrasound clinic at the St. Vincent de Paul Medical Clinic in Phoenix, where many of the physicians regularly schedule to shadow me during my clinic hours.

I hold undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Spanish, my professional certifications include ARDMS(AB) & RVT, and I completed a master's degree in Healthcare Administration.
