Certified Tutor

I am passionate about helping students further their education and their love for learning. I have worked with every grade from Pre-K to third grade and have loved the instruction for each individual grade and student. I obtained my Bachelor's in Science of Education from Kent State University and I am attending grad school at Cleveland State University for my Master's in Social Work. I tutor all subjects within my age range, as it is elementary so all are included in my licensure. My two favorites to teach are ELA and social studies, although I love all learning and have a passion for every subject. My teaching philosophy is centered around building meaningful relationships with my students and truly learning their styles for learning and discovering. I tailor my lesson plans around each individual student and what they need to have the most highly effective learning session possible.
