I graduated from Morton College with an Associate of Arts in English and am working towards my Bachelor's in English at Arizona State University. I have previously worked with students as an English tutor through Morton College's volunteer program, where ESL and ABE students may receive free tutoring opportunities on various subjects, as well as assisting other students, friends, and family with their writing tasks. I have always enjoyed helping others who are in need of assistance and I strive to aid them in achieving their academic goals and later success through my knowledge of English, from improving upon their essay writing to developing effective brainstorming techniques. Besides being generally passionate about the written word, I especially enjoy rhetoric and creative writing; writing in general is a delight to instruct due to the collaborative creativity that occurs through engaging and thought-provoking discussions. I am a lover of the arts from music to sketching to baking, all of which I do in my spare time.
