I am a Business Improvement professional. I've traversed the ground floors of Process Management, Industrial engineering, and Operational Leadership. I've led and supported Performance and Process Improvement programs in automobile manufacturing and several large Academic Medical Centers. Overall, my experience has allowed me to lead and support 6 major health systems, 21 unique Healthcare entities, and 12 high-volume manufacturing facilities.

I have a passion for developing people. Teaching courses centered around Business effectiveness and improvement, particularly those related to Quality, Performance, and Process improvement, such as Lean Six Sigma, are some of my strengths.

I received my Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin in Engineering Technology Management. I hold a Master's in Business Management and a Master's in Healthcare Quality and Safety. In addition, I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration Quality and I am a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.

I serve as a Healthcare Quality, Safety, and Performance Improvement Coach, where I travel to several provinces and universities in South Africa. I also served as an Adjunct faculty Professor of Operations Management and Process Improvement for a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration program. I am the Consulting Director for Operational Excellence Solutions (OPXLS.com). I am a current Board member to ACE, ALAQUEST Collaborative for education (https://www.acealabama.org/), a nonprofit increasing access to Social and Emotional Learning through teacher training in-class programs and community outreach. I enjoy attending and watching sports. I enjoy live music. I'm active with exercise 3-4 times a week.
