I am currently an undergraduate at the University of Michigan pursuing computer science in the College of Engineering. Throughout my educational journey, I have had numerous opportunities to work with students from diverse backgrounds, and these experiences have been truly rewarding. Whether it was volunteering at local schools or participating in mentoring programs, I found myself drawn to the process of imparting knowledge and empowering students to overcome challenges. Witnessing their growth and the "aha" moments they experience is incredibly fulfilling, and it solidifies my dedication to education. I derive immense joy from teaching both SAT math and programming, as these subjects allow me to combine my passion for education with my enthusiasm for mathematics and computer science. Guiding students through the complexities of SAT math and witnessing their progress as they conquer challenging concepts is truly rewarding. I find great satisfaction in equipping students with the skills and strategies they need to excel in this important aspect of college admissions. Additionally, teaching programming allows me to share my excitement for problem-solving and coding with students. Witnessing their excitement when they successfully create their first program or solve a complex coding challenge fuels my own passion for the subject and reinforces my commitment to fostering a love for programming in others. Beyond academia, I enjoy playing guitar, chess, and soccer.
