My experience tutoring individuals demonstrate my authentic, patient, and caring nature for students. My Master's in Special Education has led me to 17 years of unforgettable moments of joy and happiness, seeing students learn to their capability while teaching. I enjoy watching students learn basic math, reading, and writing skills that give them the foundation to reach their best learning years. The fundamentals are what is the foundation for children to succeed.
Working with special needs elementary and high school students in the classroom with their peers or inclusive special classes has driven me to keep tutoring individuals of all levels. I have worked with students on curriculum, social skills, behavior implementations, and life skills for individuals to meet their goals in the school system. I have learned many techniques outside the box of most teachers and am eager to help each student succeed. My philosophy is that no student learns the same, and I am here to help each individual learn how to connect to the world.
