As a National Board Certified mathematics teacher with a B.S. and M.S. in Mathematics, as well as an M.S. in Special Education (Gifted Education), I am deeply committed to fostering mathematical literacy and fluency in my students. With over 20 years of teaching experience across a variety of subjects, including Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus, I have successfully engaged diverse learners, from multi-language and adult students to those with disabilities.

My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that every student can achieve greatness, regardless of their challenges. I strive to create a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and resilience, empowering students to overcome obstacles in their mathematical journey. My passion for teaching is fueled by witnessing students transform their understanding and confidence in mathematics.
