Hello student, my name is Simona. I would like to help you learn and give you a positive learning experience. I strongly believe everyone can learn new material and master new skills. I hope to give you a fun learning experience with a focus on your needs and your interests.
I am a professional artist with a BFA in painting from Towson University that graduated Summa cum Laude. I also work as a teaching artist. I have an extensive teaching background. For many years, I instructed in general curriculum, Special Ed, and art. I worked extensively with special needs children but also with adult learners.
I am a native German and tutor actively in German.

Undergraduate Degree: Towson University - Bachelor in Arts, Painting
Most of my free time I spend taking care of my special needs son. However, I make time for researching and studying topics in my faith and for creating art. I paint in acrylic and encaustic mediums. I take photographs and redesign them through software into digital artworks. Last but not least I take walks with my little buddy - my dog Blue.
