I believe everyone can be successful with whatever courses they need to take for their first two years of college/university. This most definitely includes chemistry and mathematics classes.
I know that many people are hesitant about their math abilities. Whether in context of chemistry or in a mathematics course, I like to try to find ways to make the material relate to students' interests or work experience, if not directly relevant.
I've earned a master degree in chemistry supplemented with a significant number of graduate mathematics classes.
I'm committed to help students learn the material they are studying. I've taught some chemistry and mathematics classes at the community college level in the past. In the worst case, I may be able to provide insight in which areas are most critical to understand.

Many of my hobbies and interests involve creation. I enjoy composing and producing music, photography, and woodworking. I'm currently working up the courage to try making clothing for myself and have also done tabletop miniatures games, such as Warhammer 40,000. I also enjoy reading and computer gaming as less active relaxations.
