I am a graduate of the University of Southern MS where I obtained a Masters in Science emphasizing Chemistry/Biochemistry and a minor in Biology. I also graduated from Tougaloo College with a major in Chemistry. I have a broad range of teaching capabilities, within the brick and mortar environment, as well as online. I am passionate about chemistry, where I provide students within grades 6 - college, preparing them with critical thinking and lab skills. I also teach grades 6 - 12 math students online. In my quest to improve our educational outlook, I aim to prepare students for a global society where they can communicate, collaborate, investigate, be engaged and value education. To this effect, I aim to provide a quality education by increasing my engagement strategies to everyone I encounter. In that way, I will make my contribution to my society. In my spare time, I love reading, listening to the news, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
