I have been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years. I thoroughly enjoy teaching professionals transitioning into real estate. I feel my pragmatic approach as an instructor ensures the students learn the prerequisite course material to successfully become licensed real estate agents. I use my experiences to help you, the student to better understand the vocabulary, transaction process, and the law. Also, I understand that learning new information, math and test taking there can be anxiety. My goal is to ease that anxiety with helpful tips and tools for retaining the information. My goal is to leverage my knowledge of real estate and business to enhance the learning experience for my students.

Holly is a licensed Georgia Broker, a Gold Standard Instructor (GSI) and an active member of the Atlanta REALTORS Association, GREEA (Georgia Real Estate Educators Association), and REEA (Real Estate Educators Association). She is also a Certified Mortgage Specialist and an ASHI Certified Home Inspector.
