Certified Tutor

I am a certified yoga, Reiki, and meditation instructor who has practiced yoga and meditation for almost thirty years. I teach children, teenagers, and adults using gentle yoga, breath work, and guided meditation. Much of my teaching experience has involved helping individuals with high stress levels and anxiety. Having studied and practiced mindfulness for most of my life, I am experienced in assisting others to learn ways to decrease stress and find ways to be rooted in the present moment. In addition, I enjoy writing, poetry, reading, and music. As the mother of six children aged five to twenty, I have considerable experience with different age levels. I am a certified life coach with expertise in mindfulness and art therapy, and I am eager to help students discover how making small steps can lead to big successes, lower stress levels, and a fulfilling life!
