I wrote my first program in 1968 in high school and have been writing code in many languages since.

I am a 1975 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan Univerity with majors in Humanities and Philosophy and a minor in Aerospace Studies.

I ran my own consulting company in the 1980s and early 1990s. In the mid 90's I began teaching at proprietariy post secondary schools as well as Adjunct Faculty
at Marygrove college ITEC. In 2000, I began a career in commercial training. My clients include The Department of Defense and other government agenies, and dozens of Fortune 500 companies. These classes were held throughout the US, the UK, Canada, and Jamaica.

Unfortuantely due to mobility issues, it is very difficult for me to travel, so I am semi-retired, but for the last 7-8 years or so have maintained a robust remote learning practice.

I find it difficult to give up teaching since my major joy in life is seeing a students face light up when understanding hits them. My experience gives me a full toolbox of ways to communicate points and concepts.

I myself am a lifelong learner. I believe that what you don't know, can't help you and I am more than eager to share what I have learned along the way with anyone who needs my help.

On a personal note, I am a proud father of three successful children ( one Magna Cum Laude, one Summna Cum Lade, and one successful entrepreneur).
I write code as a hobby and enjoy
exercising my privileges as a private pilot.
