Certified Tutor

I am currently enrolled at Western Governors University where I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I am on track to graduate in February of 2024 with my bachelor's. I am planning on pursuing at least one master's degree in either middle-level mathematics or middle-level science. I have experience working in classrooms as a substitute teacher and as a paraprofessional. I was a reading, writing, and math intervention paraprofessional in elementary school for 5 months before I moved states. I am getting my degree for K-6 in all subjects and am capable of tutoring all subjects at an elementary and middle school level. However, I am most passionate about Mathematics and Chemistry.
I believe that all students learn in their own way and it's important for students to find the way that works best with them. I don't want to see students struggle with their education. I am going into teaching to help students learn different approaches to help them succeed. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running, baking, and spending time with my two children.
