Certified Tutor

I am a current graduate student at the University of Connecticut receiving my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I graduated from Uconn's Neag School of Education last May with my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics. I have experience teaching all subjects to a variety of elementary aged students. Currently, I am an in school tutor for reading intervention, specifically for kindergarten, first and Second grade students. I believe that every child learns differently and I am dedicated to meeting the individual needs of all learners. While it is not always easy, working through challenges is an important part of learning. A priority of mine is to keep students engaged and involved! In my personal time, love to stay active, spend time with my loved ones, read books and soak up the sunshine!
