I am a graduate of Temple University College of Liberal Arts. I received my Bachelor's of Arts in Criminal Justice. I studied kinesiology for three years in addition to studying Criminal Justice. It was during my experience studying Criminal Justice where I found my true love for education. After graduating college in 2017 I worked as a therapeutic support staff and behavior health worker in Philadelphia School district. I worked 1:1 with students that had learning and behavioral challenges and assisted them in having successful school days. I enjoyed watching my students thrive and overcome various challenges in the classroom. When I relocated to Florida I began teaching English to non native English speakers (ESL). I am excited to reconnect with the subjects I love the most such as Elementary Math, Reading and Writing here at Varsity Tutors !
