My name is Tarasa Gardner (Yoga with TG), and I am a 500 E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) through Yoga Alliance. I provide online Yoga Concierge services and own the You, Yourself, and Yoga studio in Kirksville, Missouri.

I deliver big time yoga with a small town community. My Vinyasa is laid-back and heart forward and gives you the opportunity to explore and deepen your practice and meet yourself on your mat. I am the yogi for "normal," "regular" people. It's not about headstands and splits; it's about being stretched, not stressed.
