I have held various senior executive positions for large international firms and have run my own training and consulting firm for the past 20+ years. I am a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Adjunct Professor at two different graduate schools (Kettering University & the Dr. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova SE University) where I teach Lean, Six Sigma and other advanced analysis topics online. I have trained and coached 12,000+ professionals over the years on a variety of advanced topics and problem-solving techniques. I am an active speaker and keynote speaker at various international conferences. My areas of expertise are Strategic Planning, Leadership, Lean, Six Sigma, no-code Machine Learning, no-code Artificial Intelligence, Gamified Risk Management and the facilitation of military and business war games. I have facilitated military games for the US Air Force at the Pentagon. I love nothing more than to help students and professionals meet their full personal potential. I achieve this by building personal coaching relationships with students to customize a learning and coaching journey for them that will exceed their learning and professional goals.
