My name is Paula. I have three beautiful children. I have a degree in Child and Human Adolescent Studies. I have been working with children since 2006. The ages of the children I have worked with are 6 weeks to 13 years old. I have also tutored high school math. I have experience helping teach children with special needs. My specialties are math, reading, and helping children to write and form letters/numbers correctly.
I believe children are like little scientists, eager to explore and discover the world around them. I believe that children are all amazing capable beings and just sometimes need a little extra support to succeed. I love providing this extra support through scaffolding, hands on experiences, and introducing different perspectives.
