Hi! My name is Anna. I love tutoring reading and writing. I'm in the process of getting an AA and a BA in writing. I have taught at Bright Horizons and been a school age teacher for the YMCA. I have had the honor of teaching children with diverse interests and learning styles, and thanks to that now have the ability to cater my teaching style to the individual I'm working with. I focus on reading and writing skills, grades K through 8. This includes reading comprehension, book reports, essays, creative writing, etc., along with basic reading and writing help for children that are still struggling with the basics. I believe that children are very wise, and when given the opportunity to explore and build their knowledge and identity as learners they will launch into learning with joy and determination.
