I believe effective learning is about combining existing knowledge held by the problem-holder with insightful questioning of this knowledge.

It is based on the principle that the learner has all the knowledge and resources inside themselves to solve our own problems, it just requires the Learning Coach to ask questions to help unearth these resources.

Lastly, the intent is to close the learning gap and experience meaningful growth for the problem-holder.
