Hi there! I'm Rajah-Nee, but feel free to call me Rue. I know it's much easier to pronounce.

I've been tutoring since I was 14. In no way, shape, or form was I experienced or professional at the time, but I knew what was a hit and a miss and didn't shy away from conveying the positives and negatives to my students.

Over the years, I perfected my teaching style, which involves discussion of concepts and mechanics in a concise and friendly manner. I use examples that most people can relate to (such as shopping) or have knowledge of (such as what a dog is and looks like), so that my students aren't confused or overwhelmed by things they don't know, which affects comprehension of the concepts.

I am a tutor that puts the needs of my student first while also setting them up for success, so they will not run into similar obstacles in the future no matter the demands of the subject.
