My name is Karim ElDib, I earned a B.S. in Economics at Binghamton University. Completing a first career in the financial industry, I have worked for IBM, American Express and Wells Fargo.
This has given me the opportunity to see how economics informs almost all business and individual decisions. Economics is critically relevant to each and every person. I have been actively involved in tutoring economics and mathematics since 1987.
Currently I am seeking entrance into the M.A. Economics program at The New School for Social Research, where I hope to in teach economics.
My second set of interests are the visual arts and music. I am a fine art and commercial photographer and own a photography business - Light Stream Photography. I also teach guitar, music theory and vocals.
Based in New York City, I am focused on the intersections between science and art
My teaching style emphasizes an interesting relevant, and enjoyable experience. I help students to gain mastery, build confidence and achieve their goals.

Undergraduate Degree: SUNY at Binghamtonm - Bachelor of Science, Economics
Music, Photography and Triathlon are my main interests. I have completed 2 Ironman Triathlons (Lake Placid, NY) and over 20 other triathlons. I teach guitar and vocals and am involved in local NYC music. One of my strengths in teaching is that I am equally comfortable in both science and the arts and always adapt my teaching to the individual needs of each student.
