Certified Tutor

I am a current Elementary Education teacher. I graduated from Towson University with my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I have years of experience tutoring and have taught elementary students grades k-5 in various subjects including; math, reading, writing, health, social studies, and science. I am passionate about teaching, I find the career satisfying and beneficial to the students I work with. I am great with communicating and listening and can understand a student's needs and style of learning. I create a safe, friendly, and productive environment for my students to learn which is the top priority. Not every student is the same and every student has their own unique way of learning and learning needs, it is important that while creating lesson plans I differentiate for all students so that they can get the most out of the lesson. In my spare time I enjoy coaching track & field and cheerleading, drawing, and writing poetry.
