I recently graduated from the University of South Carolina's Honors College and earned a BA in Criminal Justice and a BS in Mathematics. I will be going back to USC in August to get my Master's of Teaching in Secondary Education - Mathematics. I absolutely love tutoring and teaching. Math is a hard subject and it is vital to have someone there who cares about you and helps you achieve your academic goals. I have been tutoring for the past two years both at tutoring firm and freelance work. Specifically, I have been working with two middle school boys for two years covering pre-Algebra and Algebra 1. At my tutoring firm, I have tutored every age and subject from fifth grade to 12th grade calculus, as well as ACT and SAT test prep. I primarily enjoy tutoring Algebra since it is so necessary for a strong mathematical foundation. I also enjoy tutoring geometry and AP Calculus.

During Covid, I found a love and passion for being outside, especially hiking. I have been a player and captain on my school's women's Ultimate Frisbee team for four years now and have also helped to coach our team. Finally, I have a beautiful pet bearded dragon named Brutus.
