I am a current undergraduate at the University of Toronto, St. George, where I am pursuing a Specialist in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology and a Minor in Science and Society. I have helped friends, family, and underclassmen in a variety of subjects including Math, Chemistry, English, Science Research, and even study habits! These experiences have honed my ability to offer specific and practical feedback, break down concepts according to one's skill level, and promote a fun learning environment. I believe enjoying the learning process is a big indicator of success, and for this reason I strive to ensure students are always in their best mindset to learn. As a student myself, I can also understand the struggle of realizing academic goals. I care a lot about developing study methods that set me up for success, and this outlook has ultimately contributed to my score of 100 in the Calculus I and II courses of my first year of university (an achievement which I had thought impossible, but isn't!). In addition to helping you in the subject, I hope to pass on academic study tips I found helpful so that you may better achieve your own goals. In my free time, I enjoy reading science fiction, solving cryptograms, creating digital portraits, and learning Japanese. I look forward to meeting you!
