I am a Maryland certified Teacher in grades 7-12. I attended University of Maryland Global Campus and received a Master's of Art in Secondary Education with certification in biology. I also obtained a Master's of Science in Biotechnology Studies from UMGC and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Temple University. I have ample classroom experience and expertise in secondary Biology and Math. I use differentiated instruction and scaffolding as tools to meet the needs of all diverse learners. I believe in using different techniques to meet the needs of students with different learning styles. I have taught Honors Biology, AP Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Active Physics, Algebra 1 Part 1, Algebra 1, Algebra 2 all at the secondary level.
