Certified Tutor

I graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I am currently working on my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I hope to combine my passions for human anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, and helping people reach their goals into becoming a great Physical Therapist. Until that day, I can use those passions as a tutor. I was a teaching aide for several semesters as an undergraduate and I found it to be very rewarding. That opportunity allowed me to better my knowledge and understanding of the material I was teaching which carried over directly to the students. I was able to provide more clarity and confidence in the ones I interacted with which enhanced their learning. My goals as a tutor include understanding what a student wants out of tutoring, presenting the subject matter in way that aligns with a student's individual learning style, and teaching study habits that ensure academic success later on. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy any form of exercise, the outdoors, and cooking. Thank you for your interest, I look forward to working with you!
