I'm a graduate from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) with a Masters Degree in English Literature (December 2018)! While I was working on my masters, I had the amazing opportunity to both teach Freshman Composition AND work at the writing center there! I have a lot of familiarity with working with students from various academic and demographic backgrounds. My favorite part of teaching and tutoring is helping students in unique ways that will help them actually leave the session excited they have learned something valuable, encouraged with the progress made, and empowered with a plan of action to do the next steps.

In addition to being passionate about all things writing and reading related, I have experience working in the Office of Admissions at OSU! So if you need help with admissions and academic advising, let me know!

Random facts about me: I have lived all over the US and Japan. I have a little boy, and my husband and I love being outdoors as much as we can! I love baking, exploring coffee shops, and working on crafty projects around the house.
