Certified Tutor

I am passionate about helping students because I enjoy helping them reach their goals and obtain the level of educational success they desire. My experience working with students includes working as a Faculty member for students working toward a Graduate degree in Nursing, and precepting Nursing students in the clinical setting who are working toward their Undergraduate and Graduate Nursing degrees.
I obtained my education at Trident Technical College and Medical University of South Carolina.
I have attained the following degrees: Associate in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and Doctorate in Nursing Practice.
I am certified to tutor students in the following subject areas: AANP certification exam, NCLEX certification exam, Medicine, Nursing, and Professional Certifications.
My favorite subject to tutor is anything Nursing or Medicine related.
My teaching philosophy is shaped by greater than 15 years' experience at all levels of the nursing profession. I want to convey to students that learning is a process that never ends. It is
important to have educators that challenge students to reach their highest potential, develop critical thinking skills, and adopt a desire for lifelong learning.
