I am a full time teacher and mother of 2 wonderful teenage children. I believe that math can be interesting for ALL people, and my goal is to connect what you are learning in math to you hobbies or interests outside of school. I want you to see that math can be enjoyable, even FUN! As a student, throughout even high school, math didn't always come easily for me, but as an adult the concepts started to click for me, and I started thinking of tough problems as puzzles that I challenged myself to solve. I love bringing the joy of lightbulb moments to my students - there's nothing better than when confusion turns into understanding, and dread turns to enthusiasm. I look forward to helping make math fun and meaningful to you!
