As a tutor my goal is to help students fundamentally understand their work and why it is important for their future career goals.
I am a recent graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where I earned a BS degree in chemical engineering. In addition to my own academic work I have had the opportunity to become a teaching assistant, research assistant, and club officer for academic and non-academic clubs.
I have experience in teaching students of all age ranges due to my time as a teaching assistant and karate instructor.
The Penn State chemical engineering program has made me proficient in the following areas:
Mathematics:
Trigonometry
Geometry
Pre-Algebra
College and High school Algebra I and II
Pre-Calculus
Calculus I, II, and III (including multi-variable calculus)
Partial and Ordinary Differential Equations
Chemistry:
General Chemistry I and II (including lab courses)
AP Chemistry I and II
Organic Chemistry I and II (including lab course)
Physical Chemistry (including lab course)
Biology:
General Biology
Molecular and Cell Biology
Biochemical engineering
Physics:
General Physics I and II (mechanics and electricity and magnetism)
AP Physics I and II
Classical Statistical Mechanics (Statistical Thermodynamics)
Chemical Engineering (Including more physics and chemistry):

Undergraduate Degree: Pennsylvania State University-Main Campus - Bachelor of Science, Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy cooking, reading, spending time in the outdoors, and practicing martial arts. I am interested in participating in the work force for some years and then continuing my education in chemical engineering by pursuing a PhD.
