I'm currently a substitute and a private tutor, ever since I got my Bachelors in English, and another Bachelors in Secondary Education. For the last six years, I've been studying English, writing, education and philosophy heavily with the intention of valuing and understanding humanity on a deeper level, and this pursuit of knowledge has cultivated a desire to educate children in the realm of English literature. English literature has been an influence on many people's lives, due to the mass array of lessons, literary analyses, and community bound between countless cultures being central to our upbringing. Literature gives us guidance to live a moral life full of fruition and prosperity, and it's my belief that educators should do their best to pass on as much knowledge as possible, while also understanding individual children to a degree that help their educational pursuits thrive in their own right, rather than having them succumb to another's perception, entirely. In regards to working here, my hope is to understand children on a fundamental level since I've also studied classroom management, setting up assessments and goals, continuous study based in child psychology, and writing observations so that I can learn how to teach children effectively over time.
