Ater recently graduating with a B.S. in Astrophysics and minor in Mathematics, it seems fair to say that I've spent quite a lot of time learning. However, just like you, my journey of learning, is far from complete. Currently, I am continuing to build my knowledge through my pursuit of a master's degree in Medical Physics. Additionally, I work as a researcher in Human MRI studies in which I help to solve problems using computer science applications. With a genuine interest in these areas, I truly enjoy my role as a tutor and I'm dedicated to being versatile in order to effectively help in building a better understanding and positive learning experience for students.
My passions for physics, mathematics and, of course, space have been the driving force in my academic and professional careers, but with tough subjects like these, I understand that the process of learning this material can be very challenging. Through my own experience, I have seen just how much goes into learning, like the amounts of time, dedication and practice, as well as the factors that can foster success such as having a good teacher. Additionally, through tutoring peers, I know that everyone learns differently and at varying paces.
With this being said, sometimes, not only the subject matter, but all of the other many factors that affect your learning can seem overwhelming. However, I hope you can now breathe a sigh of relief because we are in this together! With any bumps you may experience on the road to your eventual mastery, I will be committed to assisting you through those times in ways that consider your unique needs and goals.
I would be honored to accompany and support you through your intellectual pursuits and now that you know a little bit about me, I can't wait to learn more about you.
