As an engineer with a degree of bachelors of Science in manufacturing, and a Masters in Business Administration from Southwestern College in Winfield Kansas, I worked in the aviation industry for the last 25 years. I also tutored math and Algebra at Sylvan Learning Center for 3 years in Wichita Kansas, I also privately tutored Math and Algebra at my home for many years. Algebra is my favorite subject to teach, because Algebra is the gate way and the foundation needed to advance your career in engineering or other science or financial subjects. My philosophy in teaching is to lead the student to the correct answer by asking their input and understanding of the problem. I never give the student the correct answer, I always try to extract and correct answer from them by engaging there intellect and feedback about the problem we are working on. Beside my work as an engineer I am also interested in learning about Quantum Physics, Philosophy, History, and Literature. I am member of the Great Courses club, by the teaching company. I spend the majority of my free time listening to lecture from the teaching company.
