Tutoring is such a rewarding experience for me because I love seeing progress whether big or small because it means growth. I personally am a lifelong learner and I enjoy seeing others learn and reach their goals one step at a time. I have been a teacher since 1992 in many different capacities including public and private. I also have homeschooled my own children for several years and tutored both online and in home situations. I enjoy various different philosophies of education because I don't believe only one fits the mold. We all are different learners and I am one who believes flexibility is a must in education. I have a Masters in Instructional Technology and online learning as well as a Post graduate degree as an Education Specialist.

In my free time I enjoy creativity. Some of my favorite things to do are painting, drawing, and solving puzzles. I enjoy spending time with family the most. I am a mother of 3, ages 24, 21and 16. My husband and I work together to support our moms and children in Virginia. I look forward to assisting in this learning process.
