A diligent and committed professional with 10+ years of experience and tutoring capabilities in language arts at the primary and secondary level. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with clients for a win-win outcome. I hold both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree from the prestigious University of London - Rural Development (MSc) - and the premier and well sought-after University of the West Indies - Sociology (BSc) -, both reputable and highly respected universities. I have maintained that education remains one of the most critical ingredient towards a good quality of life, and it is for this reason why I am passionate and motivated about helping to improve the educational achievements of youngsters, to begin with, to the extent that they can apply the knowledge gained to their personal lives. I have tutored math, social studies and language arts, with a preference for the latter and I have reaped success in all subjects for all students. I appreciate the fact that each student is special in his own way and therefore I endeavor to create an enabling environment for effective teaching and learning, to ensure that all concerned are winning. The learning space will be fun, but importantly, it will be a space geared towards 1-1 interaction where achieving the agreed learning outcomes will be the ultimately goal. A sports enthusiast, an avid researcher, a talented singer are some descriptors of me.
